Step into the heart of Casa Dos Hermanas shaded courtyard and you are greeted by a fabulous al fresco dining and lounging palapa with unblockable and spectacular ocean views by day and exceedingly romantic atmosphere by night. The Chef of the house will love the open concept kitchen with Viking appliances or choose to grill on the newly installed Fire Magic grill conveniently located next to the pizza oven in the courtyard. Beside the kitchen is an ocean view indoor dining and a comfy living room just steps to the unique clam shaped pool with views to the beach. This home offers all principal king size suites with separate bathrooms, and private balconies and ocean views.
Pedregal is a beach community with tennis courts, pickleball courts, courtside café, and more. Even though it’s just a five-minute drive to the busy town of Cabo San Lucas, with this “top of the world view” and incredible one-of-a-kind sunsets, it feels like the town is many miles away.

NOTES

  • This home has many stairs to access the different levels and bedrooms.
  • While Pedregal beach is beautiful, be aware that there is a dangerous undertow, riptides, and very strong waves. Pedregal Beach is not swimmable. Always stay alert and keep your distance from the shoreline.
  • We do not host bachelor or bachelorette parties.
  • Maids do not work on Sundays or Mexican Holidays. Ask your Concierge for appropriate tip for Chefs and Maids.
  • You will be asked to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. If there are fines assessed through Pedregal HOA, they will be 100% the responsibility of the guest and can be deducted from your damage deposit.
  • Our community is always growing. Construction noise may begin and end without notice Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
  • Due to the indoor/outdoor nature of the villa, you may encounter an occasional lizard or insects. We do our best to routinely fumigate to keep insects at a minimum.
  • Please treat this villa as you would your own home. We wish to remind our guests that many full-time residents live in this community. We ask that you extend common courtesy and abide by house rules.

  • Excessive outdoor noise including screaming, yelling, and the use of loud music and profanity is prohibited at all times.
  • Please observe community quiet hours from 10PM – 9AM.
  • Parties and events must be pre-approved and may be subject to extra fees.
  • Public nudity is prohibited.
  • Smoking is prohibited.
  • Pets are prohibited unless pre-approved.
  • Usage of drones are prohibited.
  • Pedregal security personnel strictly enforces these rules. Violating these rules may result in fines of $1,000 to $5,000 USD and can result in arrest and or eviction from the rental property.
