Justine was born and raised in the Pacific Northwest. After graduating from The University of Washington in 2004, she began working for a residential home builder where she discovered her passion for custom homes, design, and real estate.

She spent the following 10 years in local government, specializing in building permits, planning and land development.  She was an essential part of the permitting and plan review process from small residential remodels to large commercial buildings and multi-family projects, and worked with homeowners, developers, real estate agents, investors and other professionals. Justine also surveyed residential construction sites for a Real Estate Census company for several years.

After her first trip in 2007, Justine fell in love with all things Cabo and became a very frequent Mexico traveler. She made the full time move in early 2016 and began her Cabo Real Estate career shortly after. Justine served as the Marketing Director for a local tourism magazine, as well as her former brokerage, while still providing exemplary service to her own Real Estate clients with a focus on Cabo San Lucas, the Corridor, San José del Cabo and the Pacific (Todos Santos/Cerritos/Pescadero). In 2021, she co-founded Elite Real Estate Los Cabos and in 2022 she co-founded Elite Vacations Los Cabos. Justine is now instrumental in expanding the ELITE brand through property sales and listings, while also overseeing the company’s Marketing Department.

In her personal life, Justine has a passion for animals. She volunteers, escorts, and fosters for several local animal rescue organizations and is also the proud dog mom of three Cabo rescue pups.
